It all began in 2014.. At the time, I was pursuing my Bachelors Degree in Business Administration at Mansfield University. My buddy Chase & I would train over to our campus gym: Kelchner Fitness Center. We would watch YouTube videos trying to understand what this fitness thing was all about.

Over the years, training became less of a hobby and more of a passion for me. Every single year I would (& still) strive to learn more & more about this industry.

It wasn’t until 2021, I became a NASM Certified Trainer where I took my expertise to “Vive Health & Fitness” in Kingston, PA. Learning the ropes of how to make his turned-passion into a full-time living.

Nowadays, I have branched out to create my own business for Personal Training. This is something I’ve always dreamed of.

I was always been the skinny kid. This was something that haunted me for a very long time. Most of my adult life I was hovering around 140-150lbs. I never thought I could add weight to my frame, at least not significantly.
From July of 2022 to August of 2023, I turned those doubts in reality by gaining 60lbs; from 140lbs to 200lbs. I never could have done it without the help of a support system in my corner. That stuff is so underrated.

Nowadays I fluctuate in weight from 180lbs to 190lbs adding lean muscle mass while still being able to move/perform well.

My own training regime & expertise focuses on:
Strength & Hypertrophy Training
Corrective/Mobility Training
Athletic Training
